Needs Analysis
I will collaborate with your team to conduct a needs analysis. We will determine the issue, it's impact on the business, and the desired outcome after implementation of any learning module.
Instructional Design
I will work with SMEs to determine the specific learning objectives and create a design document and storyboard aligned with the learning objectives. These documents will be shared with the SME, for feedback, prior to the development phase. Additionally, modifications will be made based upon the feedback received.
Learning Development
During this phase, I will create your learning module based on the storyboard outline. I will use technology platforms such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Vyond, Camtasia, or other software deemed appropriate for content creation. This project will go through at least three phases where SMEs have the opportunity to provide feedback. Modifications will be made based on feedback received. The final project will be delivered in the client's preferred mode of delivery.
